Information and Referral:
Provides information services to seniors connecting them with services to keep them healthy and independent.
Food and Nutrition: Meals on wheels, food banks, supplemental food gift cards, Congregate Meal Dining Center Locations
Transportation Assistance via Access, Dial A Ride, Uber.
Healthcare Assistance: Provides assistance for out of pocket expense and co-pays for dental, medication, incontinence supplies, vision, and durable medical equipment.
